Nomaka AG ("the Seller") aims to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which you received the products purchased.

1. Methods for exercising your right to cancel

You may cancel the contract within fourteen (14) days of the date of receiving your products by using the Return Request available in your Customer Account area or by sending us an explicit declaration of your decision. In the latter instance, it is your responsibility to prove that your right to cancel was exercised in a proper and timely manner.

We will confirm receipt of your request and approve your return by sending you a return label along with further instructions by email. This process may take up to 2–3 business days.

The products to be returned must be shipped by courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date that you notified the Seller of your decision to cancel the contract. Products may be returned using the courier indicated by the Seller or another courier only after you have received your return number.

In cases where the item is defective or damaged, our support team may contact you via email to request additional information or photos before approving the return.

  • If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with a printable return label.

2. Conditions for exercising your right to cancel

The right to cancel shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The authorisation request must be properly completed and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of delivery receipt.
  • The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. Please try the product without removing the tag or seal, as products returned without them will not be accepted.
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories included with the original shipment (e.g. dust bags). Faulty items not suitable for resale due to use, soiling, or damage will not be refunded.
  • The returned products must be sent from the country where the order was placed.
  • The provided return label must be used, and products must be shipped by courier within fourteen (14) days after submitting the return authorisation request.
  • If the return is shipped from outside the European Union or Switzerland, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
  • Once the returned order is received and passes the quality check, the refund will be processed (minus shipping costs) via store credit or refund within 4–6 business days.

If all required conditions are met, the Seller will refund the price of the purchased products. If a return cannot be accepted, you will be notified. In such cases, you may request the products to be sent back to you at your own expense. If you refuse delivery, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding purchase amount.

3. Shipping

Returns may be sent using the courier indicated by the Seller with the pre-printed return label provided, following the instructions included in the package. This allows the Seller to cover shipping costs on your behalf, deducting the original delivery cost from the refund.

If you choose to use a different courier, you must pay return shipping costs upfront and remain responsible for any loss or damage during transit. In this case, you will receive a refund equal to the value of the returned products.

4. Refund times and methods

After the Seller receives and verifies your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be initiated as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we were informed of your decision to cancel, provided the return complies with all conditions.

Refund timing depends on the payment method used:

  • Credit/debit card: Refund timing depends on the card issuer’s policies and usually appears within two billing statements. The value date of the refund matches the original charge date.
  • PayPal (if available): Refunds are credited immediately to your PayPal account. Timing for transfer to an associated card depends on the card issuer.
  • Other payment methods: Refunds are processed according to the specific payment method used. Please contact Customer Service for details.
