What size should I choose?

Take your size for a regular fit, or size up for oversized. Detailed measurements live in the size guide.

How warm is this puffer?

Warmth comes from a 90% duck down, 10% feathers fill at 750 fill power, it’s built for genuinely cold conditions.

How does it handle weather?

Finished with a PFC-free DWR coating for water repellence, Safien handles light rain and wind well. For sustained heavy rain, we’d recommend a fully waterproof shell like the Laret or Monte Rosa.

Where does the down come from?

Safien uses 90% duck down and 10% feathers, EU-cleaned and sterilised to EU standard.

Where is it made?

Safien is made in Europe. The PERTEX QUANTUM shell is made by Pertex in Japan, and the lining is made by Enne Tessuti in Italy.
