One Last Backhand

2.1 The Raffle runs from 1 October 2026, 00:00 CET to 31 October 2026, 23:59 CET (the "Entry Period").

2.2 Orders placed before or after the Entry Period do not count.

3.1 You can take part if you are 18 years or older at the time of your order.

3.2 These people cannot take part:

• employees of NOMAKA AG;
• employees of agencies and partners involved in the Raffle;
• the immediate family members of the people above.

3.3 We may ask a winner to show an official ID. This lets us check their age and identity.

4.1 Each qualifying order gives you one entry. It makes no difference how many items the order contains.

4.2 A qualifying order is an order that meets all four conditions:

• it is placed on nomaka.com during the Entry Period;
• it is for any NOMAKA product;
• it is paid in full;
• it is delivered to an address in Switzerland.

4.3 You do not need a code or a form. We enter your order automatically.

4.4 Orders that are cancelled, refunded or fully returned are not entries. Section 7 says how returns are handled.

4.5 A newsletter sign-up is not an entry. This also applies to sign-ups from the September teaser. Only a qualifying order enters the Raffle.

4.6 Our prices are not raised because of the Raffle. You pay the normal price.

4.7 Orders placed in Globus stores, on the Globus Marketplace or through other retailers do not count. Separate terms apply there.

5.1 There are [1] winners. Each winner receives:

• [1] VIP ticket to "One Last Backhand", Stan Wawrinka's farewell event, on 19 December 2026 in Geneva;

5.2 The prize does not include travel, hotels, meals, local transport in Geneva, or any other costs. Winners pay these costs themselves.

5.4 The prize is personal. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out in cash.

5.5 If the event is cancelled or moved for reasons outside our control, we may offer a prize of similar value. You have no other claim.

6.1 We draw the winners at random from all qualifying orders [on 20 November 2026 / after the return period].

6.2 We contact the winners by email or telephone, using the details given with the order, by [30 November 2026].

6.3 A winner must confirm within 5 working days. If a winner does not confirm in time, or we cannot reach them, the winner loses the prize and we draw an alternate.

6.4 We publish a winner's name only with their consent.

7.1 An order that is fully returned before the draw is not an entry.

7.2 If a winner fully returns the qualifying order after the draw, the winner loses the prize. We then draw an alternate.

8.1 We may exclude any entry that breaks these terms or shows signs of fraud or abuse.

8.2 We may end, change or pause the Raffle if technical, legal or security reasons make this necessary. If we do, we tell you on nomaka.com/stan.

9.1 We process your personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

9.2 We use your order data to run the Raffle. This includes the draw, contacting the winners and giving them the prize.

9.3 We send you marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

10.1 These terms are governed by Swiss law.

10.2 The courts of Zug, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction.
