1. Shipping destinations
We currently provide shipping services to the following countries and regions:

- LI – Liechtenstein
- EU – Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden
- NO – Norway
- UK – United Kingdom
- USA – United States
- CA – Canada
- KR – South Korea
- JP – Japan
If your country is not listed above, shipping services are not currently available to your jurisdiction.
2. Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) to three (3) working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
During promotional periods, including but not limited to seasonal sales, processing and dispatch times may be extended by an additional two (2) to three (3) working days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or official public holidays.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is provided free of charge on all orders, regardless of order size or destination, provided the destination country is listed above.
4. Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference purposes only and do not constitute a binding guarantee.
The Company shall not be held liable for any delays in transit, including but not limited to delays arising from customs clearance, regulatory inspections, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
5. Tracking of shipments
Upon dispatch, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
The tracking number may be used to monitor the shipment’s status via the designated carrier’s online tracking system.
6. Limitation of liability
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer.
