A dense, matte shell layer of 100% recycled nylon by Pertex®, Japan.
Waterproof and breathable: Hydrophilic PU lamination blocks rain while allowing moisture vapor to escape, with a PFC-free DWR finish and a 20,000 mm waterproof rating for high-performance weather protection.
3-layer construction: No separate lining required, making the garment lighter and more packable.
Ventilation system designed to improve airflow and breathability.
Shrinkage controlled to 3% at 40°C wash to help maintain shape and fit.

Laret is a technical shell rather than an insulated piece, designed to be layered over warmer pieces in cold conditions, or worn alone against wind and rain in milder weather.

How does it handle weather?

The most weatherproof shell in the collection, it’s fully waterproof to 20,000mm, with hydrophilic PU lamination that blocks rain while releasing moisture vapor.

Where does the insulation come from?

Laret doesn’t use down or synthetic insulation It’s a technical 3-layer shell, built entirely around PERTEX SHIELD for waterproof performance.
