Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping details, and view your purchase history.

How do I create an account?

Click on the “Account” or "Login" link from the navigation menu

Enter your email address.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a confirmation code use to code to activate your account

How do I update my account details?

Log in to your account and go to Profile. From there, you can update your name, email and shipping addresses.

Can I see my past orders?

Yes! When logged in, go to My Orders in your account dashboard. You’ll see a history of all your purchases.

How do I save my shipping/billing information?

In your account dashboard, you can add or edit your saved addresses under Address Book in profile submenu.

How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to permanently delete your account, please reach out to us at support@nomaka.com and we’ll take care of it.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely. We use Shopify’s secure checkout and encryption to protect your personal data.
